How to use Sleeping Balm:
This rich and nourishing Sleeping Balm is designed to be used overnight for lipid dry or compromised skins. For all other skins, apply instead of your moisturiser and sleep with it on 3-4 times per week. This can also be used to protect skin in harsh conditions such as on airplanes, or when skiing or swimming.
